'Tashan' - From day one this action-thriller was promoted wholly-solely with the fact Kareena acquiring a size-zero figure to don a bikini in the film.

Kareena still part of Shahid’s life

Shahid Kapur may have spoken about getting over a relationship and how hard it can be but from what we saw the actor is yet to let go. At the finals of India’s Got Talent, where Shahid was present along with Rani Mukherjee to promote their film, Dil Bole Hadippa, we caught him rather hooked to a Kareena commercial.

The ad in question is a new Airtel ad, which features both Kareena and Saif Ali Khan. While the organisers were trying to explain Shahid the rules and the theme of the show the actor was completely hooked to the ad being played on a TV monitor in the background.

Some onlooker could not help a slight laughter at Shahid’s behaviour, as he completely ignored the people speaking to him and checked Saif closely. Looks like somewhere down there Shahid’s heart is far from doing hadippa.

Katrina Kaif queens of Bollywood yet again

Bollywood hottie Katrina Kaif has beaten reigning queens of Bollywood yet again.

Kat has defeated Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Chopra and Bipasha Basu time and again by bagging 'India's Sexiest Woman' title.

As per the latest report, Katrina Kaif has once again been voted as India's Sexiest Woman by an international men's magazine.

Katrina is quite amused by the sexy tag and says that she is happy and feels that showing skin doesn't help.

Kareena is very strong in KURBAAN

After the release of her KAMBAKKHT ISHQ and Saif Ali Khan's first home production LOVE AAJ KAL, Kareena Kapoor is a relieved woman. Both the films have succeeded in their own ways and now she can afford to take it easy for a while before her next release KURBAAN gets ready to hit the screens later this year.

Though she has worked in 30 odd films so far, Kareena states that KURBAAN gave her an opportunity to sink her teeth on one of the best roles in her career.

A Karan Johar production, KURBAAN is directed by first timer Rensil D'Silva and has terrorism as its background.

"The girl's role is very strong in KURBAAN and I have worked really hard on my performance. I am expecting a lot from the film", Kareena adds. In the film she is paired opposite Saif Ali Khan. KURBAAN also stars Vivek Oberoi, Dia Mirza, Kirron Kher and Om Puri in principal roles.

Kareena and Katrina combo certainly set the box office on fire

Kambakkht Ishq and New York earning big bucks at the box office, the race for Bollywood’s top slot has just got hotter. But instead of making sarcastic jibes, tinsel town’s leading ladies seem to have formed a mutual admiration society.

In a recent interview Katrina Kaif said she was ‘nowhere near Kareena Kapoor as a performer’. Katrina’s act of diplomacy seems to have gone down very well with Miss Kapoor.

The usually frank Bebo who has in the past rubbed many actresses the wrong way, acknowledged all the flattery from Katrina.

Incidentally Katrina Kaif also endorses another line designed by the same company. When asked about Katrina she said, I am very grateful and thankful to Katrina for all the nice things she has said about me. Bebo said she was in no way envious of Katrina and the host of endorsements in her kitty.

Deepika-Saif’s kiss gnawing at Kareena’s heart

Several upcoming movies have smoldering hot kissing sequences, including Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Love Aaj Kal’, in which he will be seen locking lips with the beautiful Deepika Padukone.

It is very evident that Kareena has not been too happy about the lip-locking scene but she seems to have tolerated it with grace.

However, leading lady Deepika says that there is cheating involved in the kiss.

Kareena justifies her bikini shoot in Kambakkht Ishq

Kareena Kapoor is looking forward to the release of her much-talk-about film Kambakkht Ishq, where she acts with Hollywood biggies Sylvester Stallone and Brandon Routh.

It also has her favourite Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar in the lead role.Even more than the cast of the film, Kareena’s bikini scene has created lots of interest amongst the film buffs.

The sexy and daring actress justified the scene by saying that she couldn’t help but wear a swimsuit in a swimming scene, as she couldn’t wear jeans under water.

Kareena also played down the rumours of her request to the makers of the film to cut the promos which features her in bikini. She said it is the work of the producers to choose the scenes for promotion.

Says a source, “She just went rushing from one set to another, shooting continuously without complaining about tiredness or lack of sleep. The unit members of her films were saying this is what stars are made of.” Well, all we can say is, keep it up, gal!

Kareena and Britney between whats the connection?

The forthcoming Akshay Kumar-Kareena Kapoor starrer Kambakkat Ishq has reportedly been shot at The Standard in down town Los Angeles. So whats so special with this hotel? To begin with, Justin Timberlake owns this hotel. And guess what the same hotel was the make-out spot for him and Britney Spears when they were dating.


Just log on to the net and you will find scores of evidence that Britney and Justin used to meet frequently at the same hotel to escape the prying eyes of the paparazzi. There are also paparazzi shots of Britney in her eye-popping string bikini, trying to tease Justin beside the poolside.So whats the connection with Kareena?



Well, Kareena will be wearing a swimsuit and probably jiving to a peppy number with Akshay Kumar at the same spot near the swimming pool made famous by Britney and Justin. “The scenes shot at The Standard were between Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor,” says a source from the films unit who was present during the shooting.By the way, even Amrita Arora will be stripping down to her two-piece string bikini in the film.
