Talaash was released on non-holiday Friday in 2500+ screens in India and 520 screens overseas.
In India, the movie raked in Rs 14.52 crore on the first day.
In the UK, the film had a very good start and raked in Rs 93.33 lakh. In Australia, it witnessed a massive jump on Friday and collected Rs 48.43 lakh and in New Zealand it collected Rs 12.72 lakh.
